السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْمِ. اَلْحَمْدُ ِللهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِيْنَ فَلاَ عُدْوَان إِلاَّ عَلَى الظَّالِمِيْنَ. وَالصَّلاَةُ وَالسَّلاَمُ عَلَى اَشْرَفِ اْلأَنْبِيَآءِ  وَالْمُرْسَلِيْن وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَمَنْ تَبِعَهُمْ اِلَى يَوْمِ الدِّيْنِ. اَمَّا بَعْدُ.

In the name of Allah the beneficent, the merciful. All praise just be to Allah, the lord of the world and the sequel is for those who keep their duty unto him. Further, there will be no hostility except against wrongdoers.
Blessing and salulation be upon the most honorable prophet  and messenger, his family, all his disciples, and those who follow them in goodness till the day of judgement.
And I offer my expression of gratitude to Allah, due to his favor and charity, so we could carry out our weekly activities as usual. Besides, I should never forget to thank to the protocol who has given me this opportunity, so that I can deliver my speech in front of you all. Now, in this good occasion, I desire to preach on the title :
WELCOME THE EDUCATION OF 21ST CENTURY
My beloved brothers ….
We discuss about the education. Something that we knew it existances. We often say that education is important. Education is one of decisive  factor of person’s quality. But, do we know, what’s the meaning of education ? Mr. Muhibbin Syah, Med on his book “Pshychology of Study” defines it as a conscious work to increase human’s uality by teaching process.
From the definition above, we can know what is the aim of education.
The education aim is to increase. Look it !
Increase here can be defined in two approachs. They are :
1st Pshychology approach  it mean’s, that education has a purpose to increase one’s reasoning  and instinct ability in facing a problem.
2nd Physical approach  it means, that education has a purpose to increase one’s physical ability in walking on this globalization time.

My beloved brothers … !!!
Time always bring us to the modern. And we ought to think how about our education in future ?
Before, lets look two descriptions at sixties and today .

My beloved brother and sisters …
At sixties, Indonesia held it with all of its simplicity. Why is it called as simple thing ?
The first, the instructors or the teachers at that time were not graduate from famous univercity with high title.
The second, there were not enough means. Building, facility all are simple and limited.
But, with all of its simplicity and limit, Indonesia can make truth condition of education.
Even, the instructor. Who can we call them as no high title man can make power impression and lead their students.
So that, we didn’t hear about fighting among students. Then, lets look the educatiobn today. Schools, institutes, univercities, etc are spread everywhere. With so enough pacilities even so elits, the high title instructor and they are graduate from famous univercity.
But, with all of our intencity. What did we do now ? Far from perfect … !!!
That is a problem we face today, how can we make educated generation with the system of education I described ?
We face an era, it is more and nore modern !

My beloved oudiences …
Till us at one question what is the cause of the problem ? Please, listen ! The answer is our unability in aim our education’s aim, here, how important our part in hold education is ! As long as now, we just think that we walk on education kuantotafily no as kualitatifily.
So, what way can be do for that problem ?
We, need a transformation od education. What does it mean ? Mr. Mochtar Buchori on his book, “Transformation of Education”, defines it as a change of educations face and character.
These changes are 2 : Positive, and negative.
With enough facilities, we should able to compete the other nations in face every globals problems in this worl. That is the aim oof transformation of education.
Lets begin just now ! I’m sure we can face 21st century with no confuse education. Lets try !
